• Manage analytics, funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with the founder on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in digital marketing.
• Strong SEO and content strategy skills.
• Experience with SaaS or EdTech is preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Mission

Help enterprises understand, evaluate, and adopt AiQT for AI Quality, Governance, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct demos, workshops, and technical walkthroughs.
• Translate enterprise requirements into AiQT solution architectures.
• Support RFPs, pilots, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to close feedback loops.
• Build early customer relationships and continuously capture product insights.

Requirements

• 2–6 years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and delivery realities.
• Excellent communication and demo skills.
• Experience with compliance or regulated industries is a plus.

Mission

Build core features for AiVELabs.org and AiQT with clean, scalable, production-grade engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop frontend and backend features across AiVELabs and AiQT.
• Implement secure, audit-ready workflows aligned to enterprise expectations.
• Work with Next.js, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms.
• Build reusable components and maintain design consistency.
• Collaborate with the founder on architecture decisions and UX execution.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of full-stack experience.
• Strong in React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience with SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• High attention to detail and disciplined engineering practices.

Mission

Define and execute AI evaluation, testing, and quality workflows using AiQT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design deterministic test cases for LLMs and AI systems.
• Validate model behavior for safety, reliability, and compliance expectations.
• Work with AUTs, policy maps, and evaluation pipelines to produce audit-ready outputs.
• Build regression suites and reproducible test harnesses.
• Collaborate with engineering on quality gates and release readiness.

Requirements

• 1–4 years in QA, ML testing, or AI evaluation.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, and model behavior.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks is a plus.

Mission

Run day-to-day operations for AiVELabs.org’s learning marketplace and ensure a world-class learner and instructor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage course onboarding, instructor workflows, and marketplace operations.
• Coordinate content publishing, QA, and platform updates.
• Oversee learner support, feedback loops, and engagement metrics.
• Work with engineering to improve platform usability and reliability.
• Build scalable operational processes and SOPs.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in operations, preferably EdTech or eLearning.
• Strong process design and execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with LMS, marketplaces, or content platforms is preferred.
